5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary based on location and production time. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or seasonal demand. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect customer information.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because orders are produced individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact support within 7 days with photo or video evidence if there is an issue.
